Conditions for Returns:

1. Eligible Products for Return:
   • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition to qualify.

2. Return Authorization and Shipping Instructions:
   • Upon approval, our support team will provide a return authorization and instructions for mailing the item back to us. A downloadable $7.95 per item return label will be available for shipping costs.
3. Packaging and Shipping Requirements:
   • Items should be returned in secure packaging with the original tags and documentation. Failure to meet these conditions may delay the refund process.
4. Required Documentation:
   • Include the return authorization slip in your package, along with photos or additional documentation as needed.
