Conditions for Returns:
- Eligible Products for Return:
- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be unused, unworn, and in new condition to qualify.

- Non-Defective Products: Returns for non-defective items are accepted if they are in new, unused condition with all tags and original packaging.

- Return Authorization and Shipping Instructions:
- Upon approval, our support team will provide a return authorization and instructions for mailing the item back to us. A downloadable $7.95 return label will be available for shipping costs.
- Packaging and Shipping Requirements:
- Items should be returned in secure packaging with the original tags and documentation. Failure to meet these conditions may delay the refund process.
- Required Documentation:
- Include the return authorization slip in your package, along with photos or additional documentation as needed.
Refunds:
